SIMPLE INGREDIENTS: Organic Two River Lion’s Mane Mushrooms, proprietary seaweed blend, panko bread crumbs, mayonnaise, spices. 100% Vegan.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Store frozen. Thaw and pan sear over high heat 4-6 minutes, flipping half-way through heating. OR deep fry from frozen at 400°F until thoroughly heated at center (about 5 minutes).
